  • 150g wholemeal spaghetti
  • 150g white spaghetti
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • 2 thin slices smoked ham, finely chopped
  • 25g fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • good pinch white pepper
  • 25g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • good grind black pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh basil, to serve

Recipe tips
  • For a veggie version, substitute the ham with 75g finely shredded sundried tomatoes. 
  • Look for vegetarian-style Parmesan cheese, too.
