  • 1 tbsp pinenuts
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • half tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp fresh chives, chopped, to garnish

Recipe tips
  • For a vegetarian version, use 75g shredded sundried tomatoes in place of the anchovies.
