  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • freshly ground black pepper

  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • juice half lemon
  • 1 tsp chopped mint to serve
  • vegetable crudités, to serve
