Cerys has raised over £10,000 for Diabetes UK through a variety of events.
Cerys cycled from London to Paris in 2012, raising an amazing £8,000 for Diabetes UK.
Cerys, from Welshpool, has been involved with the charity as a volunteer and also as a fundraiser.
Cerys was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was only 14 years old, but has never let the condition stand in her way.
She cycled from London to Paris in 2012, raising an amazing £8000 for Diabetes UK and walked across Wales in 15 hours raising another £2000.
Cerys has also fundraised for her local Diabetes UK group, by hosting a quiz night at her local pub. This year her family organised a 25 mile bike ride around beautiful Lake Vyrnwy in which 60 cyclists took part.
