One Million Step Challenge
Step towards a happier, healthier you and take on our life changing One Million Step Challenge. There are three distances to choose from: 500,000, 1,000,000 or 1,700,000 steps. You can dance, walk or skip; however you step, every step counts.
Swim22
Swim 11, 22 or 44 miles over 12 weeks – at your own pace, your way. Your first swim might feel daunting but take the plunge and be amazed at what your body can do. Earn amazing rewards along the way – like the exclusive t-shirt, medal and Swim22 towel.
Wellness Walks
With six cities and different distances to choose from, our Wellness Walks are perfect for a family day out. Explore the iconic sites in the city you love and walk towards a future where diabetes can do no harm.
