Terms and conditions
1. The following Terms and conditions apply to the ‘Help us to keep you informed in the best way’ survey.
2. Closing date is 31 December 2022 unless specified otherwise.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. No cash or prize alternative(s) unless stated otherwise.
6. Prize are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Winner(s) will be picked at random from all completed entries after closing date by computer. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. All elements of the competition prize(s) win are subject to availability. The prize consists of: £100 M&S voucher.
9. Prize draws and giveaways are open to all UK residents except employees and families of Diabetes UK, any third parties or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
10. Entrants must be 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
11. Entries received after the closing date cannot be considered.
12. Winner(s) will receive prize(s) or notification of prize(s) within 28 days of the closing date, unless otherwise stated.
