Applications for the Quality in Care (QiC) Diabetes programme 2019 are now open.
QiC Diabetes offers you and your teams the opportunity to have your initiatives and projects recognised, rewarded and shared throughout the NHS and wider diabetes community. The awards demonstrate the benefits and adaptability of entrants' initiatives to a wider healthcare audience, including presenting at the annual Diabetes UK Professional Conference.
A QiC award means that your work can be fully acknowledged as improving the quality of life for people living with diabetes.
