We have listened to your feedback and are excited to share some updates we have implemented for EMIS Web users using our Information Prescriptions.
EMIS Web now has our full suite of Information Prescriptions available. The following Information Prescription templates have now been added:
- Diabetes and Kidney disease
- Diabetes and Keeping your kidneys healthy
- Diabetes and Contraception and pregnancy
- Diabetes and Mood
In addition we now have templates for people at risk of Type 2 diabetes:
- ‘Be active’ Reduce your risk of Type 2 diabetes
- ‘Eat well’ Reduce your risk of Type 2 diabetes
You can now print multiple Information Prescriptions on EMIS Web and the protocol will automatically add the code of “diabetes management plan” if at least one Information Prescription is generated. We have also made changes to the alert protocol for Information Prescriptions to be more relevant.
Search and report functionality has also been added and Information Prescription templates can now be searched for individually and a report on how Information Prescriptions are being used in your practice can also be generated.
