Researchers at Cardiff University would like to recruit people aged 18 and over, from a South Asian background and living with type 1 diabetes to take part in their study. They hope to explore the experiences of the South Asian voice in the diagnosis and management of type 1, to inform future research and clinical practices.
Taking part will involve an initial demographic questionnaire that takes about five minutes. If you wish to proceed, the lead researcher will then contact you to arrange a suitable time and date to complete an one-hour interview online. This will involve answering some questions about your experience of living with type 1 diabetes. You will receive a debrief form afterwards and you could into a prize draw with a chance of winning a £25 voucher.
