Burden of caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes

Researchers at a pharmaceutical company would like to recruit parental caregivers of children (between the ages of 8 and 21) recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (2 years ago or less).

This is to take part in a study focused on understanding how caregiving may impact different aspects of their everyday lives, including productivity, any emotional and psychological impacts, and overall health-related quality of life.

If eligible, based on an initial screener, you will be asked to complete an online 20-minute survey asking some questions about your own characteristics, medical questions concerning your child’s type 1 diabetes, and questions about your experiences of caring for your child and its impacts.

You will be offered £30 for the time spent completing the survey. Please note, you'll need to complete the survey in one sitting. If you close the browser, your previous responses will not be saved and, unfortunately, you will need to start all over again.

Complete the survey
