- large handful (approx 25g) mixed fresh herbs (eg parsley, mint, oregano, thyme and basil)
- 1 x 160g tin of tuna in sunflower oil, drain the oil and reserve
- 25g pine nuts
- 45g brown breadcrumbs
- zest of a lemon
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 200g passata
- 2 wedges of lemon, to serve

Recipe tips
- If you don't have fresh herbs, use 2 tsps of dried, mixed herbs.
- You could add a pinch of chilli flakes or a crushed clove of garlic to spice them up a little.
