- 1 tsp oil
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 80g frozen peas, defrosted and mashed
- 10g parsley, finely chopped
- good pinch black pepper
- 50g bread crumbs (30g for stuffing, 20g for topping)
