2 tsp horseradish sauce
3 little gem lettuce, roughly chopped
120g cherry tomatoes, in small wedges
100g cucumber, batons
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp paprika
1 pack (300g) stir-fry beef strips
1 olive oil spray
1tbsp sesame seeds
4 spring onions, chopped into 3cm pieces
1 red pepper, sliced thinly

Recipe tips
  • This works well with strips of chicken, pork or turkey. Great with rice or rice noodles.
  • You could use ether Dijon or wholegrain mustard rather than horseradish.
  • For a vegetarian alternative, use a combination of tofu and oyster mushrooms in place of beef.
