Emma Nieminen - Health System Engagement Lead

Since October 2022, Emma has been leading the Health System Engagement team in influencing, supporting, and working collaboratively with clinicians and decision makers in Scotland to improve care and create sustainable change both locally and nationally in the health system.

Alison Grant - Health System Engagement Manager

Alison joined the Diabetes Scotland team in July 2019 from a third sector background working locally around health and social care integration. She plays a key role in improving outcomes and reducing variation in care for people with, and at risk of, diabetes.

Judith Kennon - Health System Engagement Manager

Judith joined Diabetes Scotland in November 2022, after working as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse for over 9 years. She remains a Registered Nurse to this day – and has been since 2010. She is passionate about health inequalities, equity of access to care.
