How do I get started?
1. Join our 62 Miles in October Facebook Group.
2. Register for the challenge using the link in the group or here and request your free Diabetes UK Challenge T-shirt and tracker.
3. Set up your fundraising page on Facebook Fundraiseror on JustGiving.
Once your page is set up, share it with your family, friends, and colleagues. Tell them all about your challenge and why you're participating.

Please note:
By taking part in this challenge, you accept that you must, at least, be at a basic level of fitness in order to participate. You also must be over the age of 18 to take part.
