Leading self: Leadership in complex healthcare environments

Join Professor Guy Lubitsh, internationally renowned leadership expert and psychologist, Dr Sarah Alicia, Dr Jason Cheung, and Diabetes UK Leadership Community team for an engaging two-part workshop series exploring the foundations of effective healthcare leadership.  Drawing from Professor Lubitsh's extensive experience with the NHS and global healthcare organisations, and the collaborative works our charity's leadership community has built over the years, these interactive sessions will focus on building trusted connections with others, improving influencing skills, as well as increasing personal impact and how to build resilient teams in today's challenging healthcare environment.
