Living with type 1 diabetes can be hard. It can be frustrating, lonely and sometimes feel too much. But at Together Type 1 we’re changing that.
Come and meet the young people delivering peer support and collaborating to improve care. The team will be on the Diabetes UK stand from 15:00 so make sure you come and meet the young people on your coffee break at 16:35.
