Innovations in diabetes eye health

This session will explore the evolving world of diabetes eye health from prevention and early detection through screening, to therapies to treat diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular oedema. The session will feature people with diabetes and the effects of living with diabetic eye disease, treatment, and sight loss. This session will explore the current situation within the UK and beyond as well as looking to the future to see what screening might look like and new therapies in development.​
