Cardio-Renal-Metabolic Disease: The challenge ahead
To appreciate the significant healthcare emergency that the growing numbers of people with diabetes will cause to both the health economy and to the individuals themselves unless actively treated. To understand the importance of intervening early and effectively with the person with diabetes, kidney disease or heart failure and in particular the dangers of working in silos rather than with the individuals and the need to activate and inform people suffering with cardio renal metabolic problems. The speakers will present difference way in which to manage challenge and the audience will have the opportunity to vote for the best solution.
