Iréné joined us in September 2022 as Director of People and Organisational Development. She leads the development and implementation of our people strategy to support our people to be the best so that together, we create a world where diabetes does no harm.
Iréné has spent over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector and joins us from roles at Amnesty International UK and The National Autistic Society. Iréné holds an MA in Human Resource Strategies and enjoys supporting organisations to deliver on their strategic and operational priorities.
