Over the last year, coronavirus has had a huge impact on all our lives, and we know people with diabetes have been particularly affected.
Good progress has been made over the last number of years through the Diabetes Network for Northern Ireland but diabetes needs to remain a priority in the Health Service so that the 105,000 people living with this relentless condition can get the care and treatment they need, when they need it.
To do this, we need your help. We want to better understand your experiences of diabetes care during the pandemic from seeing your diabetes team over a video call, to whether you've been able to get the right emotional support if you've needed it. We would like you to complete an online survey so that we can continue to make the case for diabetes.
You can access the survey and have your say to help us present a report to Assembly members. Diabetes is serious so please have your say about what you have experienced.
