The Diabetes Network for Northern Ireland is seeking people living with diabetes to help them shape diabetes services.
The Diabetes Network for Northern Ireland is led by the Health and Social Care Board in partnership with the Public Health Agency and Diabetes UK Northern Ireland.
The Network was established in 2016 and brings together people living with diabetes, their carers, and health and social care professionals to work in partnership to help design and deliver better diabetes services. If you are living with diabetes or caring for someone who does, your voice and experiences can really help make a difference.
We'd especially like to hear from you if you have type 2 or have been recently diagnosed with diabetes. These have been under-represented in the past on the Network.
Find out more about how to get involved with the Network and get an application pack. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Monday 24 August 2020.
If you are not interested in joining the Network at this time, but would like to get involved with your views on how to improve diabetes care and treatment, you can also complete the online Diabetes Network survey. The closing date for the survey is Monday 31 August 2020.
