Diabetes UK has retained its One Star Accreditation status from Best Companies, following a fresh engagement survey of our employees for the last year.
This year, we're delighted to have been ranked 28th in the Best Companies’ list of the Top 30 Charities to Work For. We also came in at 66 out of 75 organisations ranked in the Best Companies' top Large Companies in London to Work For list.
Adrian Blair, Diabetes UK’s Director of People and Organisational Development, welcomed the news:
“I'm delighted that we have retained our One Star rating and improved on our BCI score when compared with our last survey. The last year has been a challenging time for everyone as we’ve lived through this pandemic, and I am very pleased to see the comments about how we’ve supported our colleagues during this time. Diabetes UK is a great place to work, but there’s always more we can do. So we are fully committed to working with colleagues to understand how we can make it even better, so that we can continue to support those living with, or at risk of, diabetes.”
